As an Inside Sales Engineer/Representative, you’ll play a vital role in developing new business and supporting existing clients through a consultative and technically driven sales process. You’ll qualify opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, respond to technical requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining sales skills with technical problem-solving to deliver real-world solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through inbound leads and proactive outreach
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and guide customers through solution discovery
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and provide detailed quotations tailored to client specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align solutions with customer requirements
• Maintain and manage customer data, pipeline activity, and reporting in Salesforce CRM
• Attend industry events, tradeshows, and technical seminars as a company representative
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process and beyond
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets
LOCATION
Headquarters is located on the Continental Divide in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, Butte, Montana. The candidate must maintain a positive-can-do attitude and be able to react to customer situations with a sense of urgency and in a professional manner.
Great compensation opportunity! Includes base salary, commissions, and benefits, including 401(k), medical insurance, vacation, holidays, life insurance.
Work Type: Full-time Permanent – On-site
Open to U.S. citizens – Relocation Support Provided
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000
Supplemental Pay: Commissions

Requirements
The successful candidate must:
● Have 5+ years relevant experience in capital equipment sales.
● Hold a BS degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
● Lnowledgeable of industrial materials-processing technology.
● Have a proven track record in capital equipment sales.
● Comfortable in the technical atmosphere with a dynamic and rapidly expanding customer base.
● Excellent written & verbal communication skills are essential--Possess strong presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
● Organizational & analytical skills--ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative/adaptive approaches.
● Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
● Have a strong work ethic.
● Be a US Citizen.
